125 gr almond flour
75 gr spelled flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of honey
100 gr raspberries (frozen)
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
Mix the flour, eggs and honey in the blender.
Take an oven dish - put a baking paper in it and pour the batter on the baking paper.
Let the pancake bake for about 20-25 'at 180 ° C
Meanwhile, heat the raspberries with the honey
Serve the pancake with the yogurt and raspberry sauce ...
OMG! I'm moving in with you! I love pancakes and this looks just toooooo good. I know, I'm supposed to comment on the actual layout, but I just can't look past the pancake. LOL And adding honey to the batter! Gotta try that next time I make pancakes. And yes - the layout is amazing .... but pancake!!!!
