I haven't been to our local volcano in several months (it's Cher's favorite place), and was fascinated by the huge white-flowering trees everywhere. My Plant Snap App identified these as hawthorn trees

These pages started with the photo of the huge hawthorn tree, with downtown Portland visible in the distance. Scenic Template Albums are my go-to for blending these types of photos. Then I added in Solid and Artsy Papers from APP Meadow to the background. The same Frame from APP Meadow used for both photos, simply resizing it via Transform controls.
Custom Cluster on the right created using MM Flowers + elements from APP Mountain High. Another mini cluster on the left uses Transfers and elements from Mountain High, with custom wordart.

What a beautiful big tree! Love the use of a transfer to place some of your journaling.

Cher is looking snazzy as usual, especially amidst all those gorgeous trees. Having a "local volcano" is very cool!

Gorgeous scene love the photo of Cher sitting and enjoying the view the hawthorne blossom which we have here in the U.K. is in full flower they smell beautiful we see a lot of hawthorn hedges in the lanes.x

Portland OR is one of only 4 cities in the country with a volcano within it's city limits. Honolulu is another, and I never remember the other 2 :)

Portland OR is one of only 4 cities in the country with a volcano within it's city limits. It's called Mount Tabor, and is Cher's favorite place. Honolulu is another, and I never remember the other 2 :)
