APPJubilate Collection on sale April 23

I started with a plain paper for my foundation. I used a Jubilate FotoBlendz No 1 for a mask for my photo. Under the photo and mask I placed 2 transfers. I rotated one to form a frame around my photo. On top of the photo I placed 3 transfers. For embellishment I used a MultiMedia Flowers No 10. The title is from one of my favorite songs.
