Artplay Jubilate Collection ***NEW and in store on the 23rd April***

Process I started this layout with the Jubilee Artsy Layered Template included in this Collection and placed a solid paper onto the background. Two images as well as an artsy paper were clipped to the frame layers. Some layers of the template were hidden, and others filled with colour to coordinate with my design. Brushes, transfers and a word transfer for added into the background before dimensional elements and a title completed the look.
