Process
Beginning with a solid paper I added the Fotoblendz and clipped my photograph. I then added another Fotoblendz duplicated the photograph and clipped it.
Artsy Transfers were applied at the bottom and top of the layout
Clusters of SeaSprinklez and embellishments from the palette were applied.
WordArt was added over the embellishments.
