Process
First I processed the photo using the Neural filters in PS (Filter/NeuralFilter) I chose the Van Gogh effect.
The photograph was transfered to an arty paper.
The template was applied and the photo clipped to the Fotoblendz, layers were were recoloured and some moved or deleted.
The photograph was duplicated and clipped to the framed masks.
Embellishments and WordART were added.
