The last day of the year, and what an eventful year we have had.
The lockdown, the death of both my in-laws, the fear that my husband would also get corona as a high-risk patient.
It weighs on us, on every human being, I am absolutely sure.
We crave our friends, shop without fear of being infected. We crave to get back to our normal life, who could have thought this a year ago?
This evening Jolien comes to celebrate New Year's Eve with her boyfriend, and although we still have a lot of sadness, we try to make something beautiful out of it with the children.
