Process
A solid paper from APP Kitschmas was used as the foundation of the page. The photo was clipped to 3 frame masks in MM Accordion 2. Snippets of paper from the kit were clipped to the other 2 frames. Brushes from Kitschmas 1 were stamped on the page and recolored white. The ballerina (a painting my aunt did of me when I was a child) was added, duplicated and resized. MM Magic Sprinklez 1 beads were added. The page was completed by adding artstrokes, word art and dimensional embellishments.
Great story. Wonder what Santa was thinking. But Just imagine. A fork in the road like that might make the difference between a ballet career in NYC and a nice piece of farm upstate . Congrats on the GSO.
Oh this is hysterical, and beautifully done! Love that subtle pink and the way you used that star overlay. The final "ho ho ho" is perfect ;-)
Sometimes Santa reads it a lot differently than we think.I think both gift ideas were probably fitting for you at the time. I love the whimsical way that you painted the story.Great images to cherish.
