Photo Processing: I duplicated the photo. I created the oval shape in PSE to clip the top photo to. I used one of ET Designs' clipping masks for the second photo. I changed the opacity of the clipping mask to 62% so you could see more of the paper by Designs by Tina. The rest of the elements and overlays are layered on.
