Christmas was always a happy time. We had a tree with lights, a star in the front window
and good food. We visited the grandparents.
It was a school holiday and also my dad was off work. He got a christmas box filled
with food from work, that we unboxed. we got to keep the chocolates and candy.
The christmas bread was for breakfast and the christmas pastry we had with coffee.
The 2nd day for Christmas we watched TV. Every year it showed the Billy Smart Circus.
They had lions, clowns, horses and acrobats.
