Process
An artsy paper from APP Birthday was used as the foundation of the page. The photo was placed over the white paint area. A layer mask was added and using a soft black brush the edges of the photo were hidden. Transfers and MM Balloons were added. The page was completed by placing word art and dimensional embellishments.
LOL Love your story. They were all gone, so you sort of didn't lie. I can so relate. Maybe a lot of us would be punished for any act like that, that could be perceived as being selfish. Also love the cupcake front and center, and the balloons. Cute, cute girl!
