NUT-SEED BREAD
A sandwich that tastes a bit different, chock full of good ingredients! Try it, you will be amazed at the result! Very nutritious and superb in taste.

300 cooked quinoa 75g lynseeds 50g of chia seeds 120g sunflower seeds 30g pumpkin seeds 80g almonds 40g cashews 50g olive oil 10g maple syrup tsp coarse sea salt 375g of water 20g psyllium fiber
Instructions -Start with the quinoa: cook it according to the packaging. -In the meantime, preheat the oven to 160 and cover a cake tin of +/- 10x20 cm with baking paper. Meanwhile, coarsely chop the almonds and cashew nuts. -Weigh the chia seeds and psyllium fibers and put in a large bowl ready to add the cooked quinoa and 375g water. You let this mixture stand for 10 minutes so that the water can be absorbed. -Then add the flaxseed, olive oil and maple syrup. Also add the salt and mix all the ingredients together with a spatula. -Spoon the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 1.5 hours or until the bread feels firm. -Let cool completely in the baking pan. Very tasty with cream cheese and smoked salmon or avocado or simply with a touch of butter and fleur de sel with a delicious cup of steaming soup!

Thanks for looking
Looks delicious and the cream cheese and smoked salmon really appeal to me. Love your LO and the little ribbon and twig.
