Well, if I'm going to be a part of the Healthy O's, I need to take a stand and end my love affair with cheeseburgers and fries. :( Today I'm going to try and not have burger and fries anymore. Ohhhh, this is going to be a tough one!

good luck! i've found that after a while of getting rid of the bad foods you actually start craving some of the healthy ones :)

Great page. I'm not a McD fan myself. Thank god I live in a large town which just takes too long to get anywhere and eating out is so swingingly expensive so we almost never have take out.
