APP Aspera solid paper 1 creates the foundation. The band of color is duplicated and repeated on the page. The paint and overlay were added to the color bands. The charcoal brushes were colored with a Fill Layer. The Linear FotoBlendz was placed over a drawn rectangle. The photo was converted to black and white and clipped to the FotoBlendz. The title was shifted to vertical.
