Process...
I started with solid paper no.3 from the new APP Caducous and added a hue/saturation adjustment layer to lighten the color. Added a fotoblendz mask and clipped artrsy paper no.5 to it (and reduced the size of the paper). Took all of the .psd layers for the frame and put them in a group over the newly masked artsy paper. Added the photo. Added a second mask over the photo and clipped another copy of the photo to it. Set this mask to screen to give the light streak over the mushroom. Added the elements, the artstroke, and the title and called it done.
