journaling: Trying. I hate to say it, but thats what youve been recently. Difficult. Grumpy. Defiant. Always trying my patience. And I struggled to accept that this is what life with a two-year-old is. Then I realized that trying is what life is all about. Its about you trying to become your own person. Its about me trying to learn patience. Its about all of us trying to grow. And if this is what it takes, then, my difficult, defiant darling - I hope youll always be trying.
