What I took away from the lift was doing something different -in my case, facing one of my great fears; fear of heights. I forced myself to walk to the edge of a drop-off (over the weekend) and look down. It was a very freeing experience. I had hiked a long way to get up to these rocks and I wasn't going to miss this experience.
