The background is created from Mountain High papers with a Hue/Saturation adjustment to better match the colors of the Portland Sky.
Large photo is blended with Scenic Fotoblendz, with textures and stains moved and recolored.
Frame added from Retro Holiday, then duplicated and resized as necessary. One of the frames has a paper from APP Rougir, recolored.
Photo in the lower left is blended using Veranda Fotoblendz, then a High Pass filter and Coolor Overlay layer applied.
Vertical lines are the "pinholes" from the new Stitched Template Album (I also used these for the Japanese Garden pages, so I'll probably repeat them somehow in all the pages).
