My daughter and her wife, recent Covid-refugees from Brooklyn, moved out of the city to a town near Woodstock, NY, and they are now entrepreneurs in the process of opening an Asian Market and Filipino deli. I have made a series of pages about thisand here is one of them, using the new stitched template album. I didn't modify the template at all, just popped my photos into the existing masks, then chose a dark background to show off the beautiful white stitching on the template. Because this is one in a series of pages, I used a visual triangle of word art rather than a single title piece. The page deals with the history of the building they leased, which prompted me to include a throwback photo of me in a Catskill Game Farm hat in the 1950s, which matches the hats sported by the grandchildren of the building's second owners. It's just so funny how life can sometimes be one big wave.
