Notes: Starting with solid paper 2 as the foundation and placing the USA brush, duplicating it two more times. Each brush layer was colored in red, white and blue, blended and off-set a little, then Beveled and Embossed. These layer were grouped. I duplicated the group. A piece of Artsy Transfer was added underneath.

With the Ellipse Tool, drew out four circles and coloring three of them and using an ArtsyKard on the fourth. Created strokes and off-set. The quotes and title were added.

Over and under these layers, I added the stitching from MM USA Flags, art stroke, stars and gold paint. I added the star from the kit, recoloring it with a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer. I finished the page.
