Photoshop Elements 14
What I am loving about aA products now is how they all work together and also the serendipity that happens when you just pull digital supplies onto the page. With everything else going on, my concentration is at a low ebb, and that's fine. But it's really nice to just combine things randomly in a design with no strategy, using different blending modes and layer masks, and see what happens. Here I started by typing the story on a blank canvas, added the word art and then the photo. From there I established the backgroundI layered up a bunch of papers from the Shine/Crazy Life APPs with different blend modes, using layer masks and opacity adjustments to achieve various effects and to ground the elements I had already put onto the page. An extraction of one of the toys in the box, a smiling sun, and a few other doodads completed this design for my grandson's photobook. All very fluid and fast and fun.
