I found this cute halftone result of an old tutorial and used that as starting point i use the Color Range to get rid of the white background . I wanted to use some layer srykles

I gave the little guy a Inner and outer glow layer style (like his regal attributes, some got an line layer style too), gave him some cute hats and played with these lovely hummingbirds from Vickis Artful addon

at last I used the Lighting effect filter and fade it a bit
