APP Artsy Paper 3 creates the foundation. The photo was clipped to the Veranda FotoBlendz along with the solid paper. The APP Transfers and the APP Ocean Coves Waves were added. A Fluorescent chalk effect was added to the FotoBlendz layer. The MM Flowers were stacked. Brush work and Silverpaint were added for texture and movement.
