We rationalize the things we feel stuck with. Its as though we free up brain space to get on with our lives by deciding its not so bad after all. Its like this is a psychological immune system.

The economy was in trouble, and the news about Coronavirus was never good. President Trump seemed to have given up. Colorado wasn't doing great, but our risk was medium. Meanwhile I was exploring more of the things my phone could do and selfies were a completely new thing for me.
