Garden 1 Brush 2 -the bridge- was added to a new document and colored with a layer fill. Under FX, use the Effects tab, Painting, and Flourescent Chalk. Add APP Veranda Solid Paper 4 and the Artsy Transfers to the background. Adjust the color of the bridge by Enhance, Color, Hue and Saturation. The photo was added to the 6x4ArtsyKardz Veranda and adjusted to SoftLight and duplicated to Black and White. The photo was clipped to the Corner Slit Frame and inserted into the design. Multimedia Elements, brushes, and title were added.
