I used an action called PopArt HERE https://graphicriver.net/item/pop-art-photoshop-action/26273254?irgwc=1&clickid=UcewybWqGxyOR-lwUx0Mo3k3Uki3jVV%3AkUE0XM0&iradid=275988&irpid=1288653&iradtype=ONLINE_TRACKING_LINK&irmptype=mediapartner&mp_value1=&utm_campaign=af_impact_radius_1288653&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=impact_radius to achieve the effect on the girl image but you can get a similar result using "Cutout" from the filter gallery of Photoshop with a gradient added to change the colors. Place the girl image above the sunset layer then change the Blend mode of the "girl" image to "Screen". Continue to design a page using any compatible products from Anna Aspnes Designs
