APP Rougir Artsy Paper 3 is the foundation. The elements for the clusters and accents all come from APP Rougir. The blended photo is created by using multiple layers of the photo blended into multiple layers of the Fotoblendz. The Blending modes were adjusted to HardLight, Softlight and Overlay.
