WaterColor Template Album 9 page 11 was opened up. A solid paper from APP Lost was used as the foundation of the page. Artsy paper 1 was clipped to the lower fotoblendz mask and the photo of the tractor was clipped to the upper fotoblendz mask. The smaller images were clipped to the frame masks. Transfers, splatters and an artstroke from the kit were added. The page was completed by with word art and dimensional embellishments.
This makes me think of our own Mr. Burdick, who (against his wife's wishes!) planted his vegetable fields and sold produce from his little stand from the time I moved to this town in my twenties until just last Spring (in my sixties). And then, after he gave up the crops and the stand, you could still go down his driveway and get a cuke or two, whatever came up in his little backyard garden, and chat. I actually think Mr. Burdick did the whole vegetable thing as an excuse to chat. We know each other for who we are, what we do, what we believe, and what we give. A beautiful tribute, Miki.
