I created the background from pages I saved from a Restoration Hardware catalog; they've been stuffed in my "save" drawer for a while. There's a lot of merging and blending and copies of the photos to create the effects. The book is made by combining paper and book edges with heavy custom shadows. Page curl added via a gradient and transform effect.
