The painted flower and fairy were created following Vicki Robinson's Stencil Your Digital Page tutorial. (Give it a try. Its an easy tutorial to follow and once you learn it, you will want to use it over and over.) I made the gesso layer look a little more realistic by adding a slight bevel. I then put that layer above the bottom paper layer. I then selected the individual torn paper layers and made duplicates of the portion of the gesso layer that matched the torn papers and moved that layer above each torn paper. I used the underlying slider on both the flower and the fairy to give it a more realistic stamped look. (The patterned torn papers were created by adapting this tutorial. )
Cindy! This is one of my most favorite pages of yours! I love all the time you took to think it through! And the floral image across the torn papers does indeed look realistic! Earned yourself a Standing O from me! Great job!
