Process

Using a 12x12 document I added the template.

A solid paper was used as my background.

Photographs were clipped to the frame.

I then added a duplicated photograph to the transfers and paint layers and clipped them.

Various blending modes were added to the transfer and paint layers to create a textured look.

Finally I added some embellishments and WordART
