Images from Rawpixel, free Public Domain images; Surreal Marine Life Illustrations by Louis Renard (18th Century).
Process: Clipped copies of images to a couple of layers of ArtsyKardz Flaneur (psd files) 4x3_1 and 2, 4x6_1 and 2; merged all layers of each and clipped composites to masks of FotoInspired Template Pack No. 2K_3 (omitted top row of masks). Centered all above layers on 12 x 8.5 new canvas. Added Edges (Recolored and applied slight Bevel to edges). Clipped APP Flaneur Solid Paper 4 to background layer. Finished with three dimensional elements and WaterColor Palm Trees (brush, recolored).
