AnnaLift: Curtis Wedding

Veer's wonderful inspiration art inspired me to look through a batch of old family photos I received from my Uncle. On the back of the photo was written: Edna Curtis, May 23, 1936. Not sure if Edna was her married name or how she's related to me. But I loved her big smile, she looked like she was very happy, the groom not so much.

And APP Fare is my favorite of Anna's earthy-colored kits.

Supplies:

Wedding WordART Mix-No. 1

Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 1 as my base. I placed the vintage frame and my wedding photo on the page and clipped them together. I placed the other frame from the kit, made a copy of the wedding photo and clipped them together. Then I started layering bits and pieces from MultiMedia Documents 3/4 and masked out parts that overlapped. Added a few transfers underneath the documents for added interest. Added a few accents and a WordART title as the final accent.

Thanks for looking.

What a beautiful heritage page, i just love old pictures, they always tell a beautiful story behind it.

A very beautiful combination of stacked papers, delicate embellishments, and the photos! LOVE it!

Wonderful heritage page! The groom does look very serious! Love how you've built up the layers!

Christy, love how you used the black label and all the fab layers! The bride looks truly happy! Perhaps the groom was a bit nervous?!
