Process: Place tulle frame layers from file 1 of MultiMedia Bliss on solid paper 4. Clip photo to mask. Below the photo layers, place overlay 1 and transfer layers from file 5. Place flower cluster above frame, moving splatters below frame. Add metal title and give it a color overlay.
