Inspiration - The necessity to keep my page simple because I have a broken elbow and am working with one arm..
Papers - I added Solid Paper 2 to the background
Artsy Transfer - Added Artsy Transfer 3 on left edge and and Artsy Transfer 4 on the right side.
Photos - I grouped a Paint and Stain layer together and clipped my photo to that group using Layer>Create Clipping Mask, then using a brush I painted on the paint layer to bring out more of her face. I copied the photo using Ctrl J. I moved the photo in the layers above all the layers of Artsy Transfer 4 and then moved it on the page into the spot I thought it fit, I clicked Ctrl T on the photo and selected Flip/Horizontal. I added a mask to the photo and with black painted away the blue of the cat bed. I applied Blend Mode Linear Light to the photo.
Brushes - I painted Postmarked1 above the 1st photo of Two and Faded Words Travel 1.5 so it was coming out from under that photo.
Transfer - added Artstroke above the second photo.
Elements -I added The Wooden Arrow above the first photo pointing at the second and added a drop shadow.
Title - Used the LoveWordArt5.5 for the title.
