Using APP Magoa and a Fotoblenz from FramedMasks5 I whipped up this piece quickly but was happy with the result.

I started with a 12 x 12 page and added the ArtsyPaper from APP Magoa and then used the fotoblenz so that I could clip my image to it. To do this once the layer which I had taken from the FramedMasks5 was in place I clipped my image into it via Layer - Create Clipping Mask (CTRL+ALT+G).

Once had the main image in place and clipped I then added several splatters form the APP and duplicated them and placed them both at the top and bottom of the page. I did flip a couple horizontally till I got them in the spot that I wanted. I did this by selecting CTRL+T.
