Process

I dragged the ALT onto a solid paper and removed 2 of the frames and masks then clipped my photograph to the remaining ones (having duplicated the image)

I then added an overlay and transfer from the palette.

Elements and stitching from MM Hearts were placed on the bottom left of the frames.

And finally I added some WordART adding a stroke and drop shadow to the words.
