I began with a quick collage, described in my tutorial here: https://www.annaaspnesdesigns.com/quick-artplay-palette-collage/. I snapped a photo of the collage with my cell phone, then dragged the photo onto my digital canvas, where I clipped duplicates to the thin strip masks. I pulled Artsy Paper # 3 in for a background (duplicated, color burn blending mode), to add color and texture to the spaces in between the masked image. From there, I proceeded as in my tutorial. It was kind of fun how the tape in EdgeOverlay #1 matched up with the torn edge of my collaged paper in the upper right quadrant. Love serendipity.
