Process

Using a solid paper from the palette I added the photograph duplicated it, then created a sketch from it and blended back in the parts I wanted.

With the duplicated photo I created an inverted mask and blended back in the brightly coloured areas and the ferris wheel.

I added layers from the Artsy Transfers on top and underneath the photograph.

Using some FotoGlows from the FotoBlendz i placed them on top of the photograph and used various blending modes to accentuate the sky.

Finally I added WordART
