Inpiration - The picture of snow and mist in the early morning
Start - A new document
Paper - I added Solid Paper 3 and above that Solid Paper 2 with Blend Mode set Color Burn to the background
Artsy Transfer/photo - I added Artsy TransferThrive 2 on the left side of the page. I grouped two white layers. Then I used Layer>Create Clipping Mask to attach the focal photo to the transfer. I then duplicated the picture twice and used Blend Modes to adjust the lighting on the photo.
MultiMedia - I placed MultimediaArrow 1.5 to the left of the photo and just a little over it.
Wordart- Used the Word Art "Just Perfect" as the title.
Transfer - I placed Transfer 1 to the upper left-hand corner. The WordTransfer was placed under the title and enlarged a little
Brushes - I used Brush 5 was on the top edge with Blend Mode set to Overlay. Also added, Brush 8 on the left margin. I brushed DecorStamp 1.2 on the page in yellow and above and slightly down that in blue.
Elements - I added the Go tag to the bulletin board in the picture.
