Process: Placed Evergreen clipping mask on Kristtorn paper and clipped photo to several layers; omitted two of the foliage brushes; merged layers and duplicated; applied color burn blending mode to top layer and lowered opacity of original layer. Filled stains with color. Positioned transfers. Finished with text, WordART, and MultiMedia.

Text: This china pattern, Spode Christmas Tree, has graced our Christmas morning table since I was a child. My mother would set the table on Christmas Eve before we left for church. I have my own set Ive collected through the years....one of those things that takes me home again. December 2019
