What do you need for 1 portion (7 pieces of approximately 5-6 cm):
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 full tablespoons of Greek yogurt
4 level tablespoons of oatmeal
oil or butter for frying
baking pan
Extra garnish: banana, pomegranate,
blueberries, agave syrup, chocolate etc.
To work:
Mix the egg and the baking powder with a spoon in a bowl;
Add the Greek yogurt and mix it all together;
Add the oatmeal and make a somewhat thick batter;
Grease the frying pan with a little butter or oil and bake the pancakes over low heat.
For 1 pancake you only need 1 tablespoon batter.
Divide the batter into a round pileabout 5-6 cm.
Turn the pancakes over if they are nice have a light brown color.
