Dans ce cadre, Chiharu Shiota a t invite investir lEglise Saint-Joseph de larchitecte Auguste Perret. Un tourbillon de fils rouges, densment tisss, irradie la nef de bton de l'glise.
Une accumulation d'nergie (Accumulation of Power), qui happe, tel un trou noir, les puissances spirituelles que l'difice concentre.
Une glise est un lieu rempli d'nergie spirituelle, perceptible mme pour les personnes qui ne sont pas croyantes. Dans mon esprit, chacun conserve cette nergie au plus profond de soi.
Le tourbillon en laine rouge incarne ce pouvoir spirituel des personnes passes par l'glise, accumul comme dans une tempte.

In this context, Chiharu Shiota was invited to invest the Saint-Joseph Church of the architect Auguste Perret. A whirlwind of red threads, densely woven, radiates the concrete nave of the church.
An "accumulation of energy" (Accumulation of Power), which captures, like a black hole, the spiritual powers that the building concentrates.
"A church is a place filled with spiritual energy, noticeable even to people who are not believers. In my mind, everyone keeps this energy deep down.
The red wool swirl embodies that spiritual power of people who have been through the church, accumulated like a storm. ) 2017
