Process : I started with a background paper, placed a new white layer over it and set the opacity to 50%. This makes the paper a bit lighter in color. In the mask I have clipped the orange and purple paints.
I gave the photo the filter poster edge, placed it in the frame. I put the lights over the frame. Then finished with paint and elements.
