Mom's Corn Fritters - Home for Holidays Recipe Challenge

My mom's corn fritter recipe - never shared b/4 so enjoy! I love these - as a side, stand alone for a snack or breakfast, but she always served them with her pork chops (or chicken). Yum - reminds me of home.
