Process:
Note: ArtsyStains and Bicycle brush used in this layout have been recolored/filled with color. To RECOLOR brushes: Recolor the layer via Edit> Fill> Color> Color Picker Tool> OK. (Ensure the Preserve Transparency box is checked.)
For the blended clown photo at the top: Clipped two copies of photo to paint layers of ArtsyTransfer Ochre 4 (psd version). Clipped another copy of photo to WaterColor FotoBlendz clipping mask added to extend the image. Included the ballon in the layering. Merged all layers and positioned composite in upper right corner of Ochre Artsy Paper 2.
For photo in frame: Clipped photo to central mask of Starry FotoBlendz; merged; then clipped composite to mask of MultiMedia Frame; finally clipped Ochre ArtsyPaper 4 to MultiMedia Framed mask, under image; Placed APP Orche Transfer 4 over image to break up black area of photo.
Placed APP Orche Transfer 3 on left side of layout to bring in some aqua paint. Added stains to the tickets. Positioned texture tool brushes. Finished with Stitchez, Threadz, Pin Wheel, Sprinklez, button, and WordART.
