Process notes:
I used SolidPaper No. 4 as my base. I placed my photo and a Prismatic fotoblendz, enlarged the FB to cover more of the photo, then clipped them together. Masked out the edges to give it more of an artsy look. I then placed several transfers underneath clipped photo, stretching them out to achieve more of watercolor look. Brushed in some blue to look like the sky. Added some WordArt to complete the design.
