It's not common to see a big stand of aspen in orange. It would be so nice to walk among them and be bathed in golden light like we can sometimes do with the more likely yellow ones. They were across the valley.

It's a wonderful thing to be standing in a forest of trees with enough light filtering through you can see all of it. I experienced this once when driving through a Karri forest. I was awestruck and pulled over in a trance. It was just SO beautiful. Can imagine the light you'd experience under those aspens and how wonderful it would be.
