In a new document, insert APP Splash Artsy paper 1. Insert FotoBlendz Overlay 13-2 and clip
APP H2O Artsy paper 2. The photo was clipped to the photo mask on the Acrylic Frame. The photo was duplicated. A Soft Light Blending mode was applied to the top photo, and the bottom photo was converted to black and white.
CoolGlowz 1-8 was applied to the photo to brighten the face. An H and a 2 title were wrapped around the frame. The splashes, buttons, fish and little words were inserted.
