I am lucky to live in Southern Maine and have as many colorful Autumn pictures as I have lighthouse photos. Autumn colors are starting so I am looking through old photos,

I began with Artsy Layered Template #234. I placed Autumn Romance Fotoblendz2 above the area that was white and perfect to put a picture. I then used Layer>Create Clipping Mask to clip my focal photo to the Fotoblendz2. I attached three more photos to the three frames. I choose the theme of a leading line to the images. I choose Solid Paper 2 from APP Autum Romance. I used Hue/Saturation to increase the color and make it apear a little more orange.

I started going through the various texture and stain layers using Edit/Fill to add color to these layers that matched my photos. (I made sure preserve transparency was checked.) Sometimes I used blending modes, Levels Adjustments, and Opacity changes to get the look I thought worked. I also added colors to the other layers of the Fotoblendz to which the photo was not clipped. Next, I added a couple of gold leaves to my page for extra texture. A little word label was attached, and I did a custom shadow to the label. Then I chose the word art for my page title. Lastly, the dreaded journaling.

I love Autumn.
